How to supply information to Invisage
The purpose of this blog is to assist in effective communication of information which in turn will allow us to provide you a more efficient and timely service. Please follow these guidelines for all communication. Due to our legal liability original information or changes cannot be accepted verbally and must only be provided in written form.
IMAGES
All images (photographs) should be supplied as high resolution (300dpi) tiff or jpeg files.
LOGOS
All logos should be supplied as vector based eps files (when available). If you are unsure of the difference please ask.
ORIGINAL TEXT
All text copy should be supplied as a word document or in email form. Please supply completed copy in the order it is to appear in the finished document.
REPLACEMENT TEXT / UPDATES
All updated copy should be supplied as a word document or in email form. Please refer to page number, section, paragraph, line and detail changes to be made. As we will copy and paste your text please ensure correct spelling and formatting. If supplying the original text again please clearly highlight all changes that were made.
PROGRAM
Please supply program details as an excel spreadsheet, word document or text file. As we will copy and paste your text please ensure correct spelling and formatting.
PROGRAM UPDATES
Please supply program changes as a word document or in email form. Please refer to program day, time, session and detail changes to be made. As we will copy and paste your text please ensure correct spelling and formatting.

It is vitally important that all data is provided in this format in order for all contacts to import correctly
Email addresses that contain errors or stray punctuation will be discarded by our system. Please do not use commas. Duplicate entries will also be filtered out leaving only one instance.
UPDATES to EMAIL DATABASES
Should be provided at the time of broadcasting only and should be supplied as one complete excel file as per the example shown. Please don’t send through individual updates in separate emails or documents as this helps us to keep your costs under control.
